FT Overnight Customer Service Representative

Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting guests, signing up new members, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and handling cleaning chemicals. Full-time position Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 6am, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
