Job Summary
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect by assisting residents with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support residents with mobility and transfers while administering or assisting with medications according to care plans. Build positive relationships and respond promptly to resident needs, monitoring and reporting any changes in conditions to appropriate staff. PM shift coverage runs 2PM to 10:30PM with every other weekends included. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $800 for scheduling 40+ hours per pay period and includes full-time benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
