Job Summary
On-call nanny squad role responsible for engaging children in age-appropriate activities (play, reading, arts and crafts) in families' homes. Must be able to work at least three days per week between 7am and 7pm, have at least 1 year of childcare experience, and bring a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license. Requires ability to assist with homework up to 5th grade Math and English, provide three references (two childcare-related and one character), be 18 or older, and lift up to 35 pounds. Certifications in First Aid and CPR are required, and employers provide training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is hourly ($23-$25/hour) with overtime ($34.50-$37.50/hour) and includes benefits such as health care stipend, PTO, holidays, retirement matching, direct deposit, and a scheduling app for managing assignments. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of day-to-day childcare experience with children ages infant and up
- High School Diploma or GED
