FT or PT Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Lead your shift as the supervisor for Resident Care Assistants and Medication Technicians, coordinating care, delegating tasks, and monitoring the Wellness Department. Administer medications per physician orders, document administration on the MAR, and transcribe orders. Conduct change-of-shift reports, manage medication carts and narcotic keys, and respond promptly to emergencies. Monitor e-call systems, maintain resident charts, and report significant health changes to the physician. Coach staff on care standards, enforce disciplinary procedures, and orient new associates. Ensure compliance with CDC Standard Precautions and OSHA guidelines while maintaining professional interactions with residents and families.
