Job Summary
The Member Services Representative greets and assists members and guests, handles front desk tasks (checking in, new member sign-ups, taking tours, updating accounts), answers inquiries, ensures a clean and safe facility, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere during AM/PM/Overnight shifts. The role requires independent work, proactive problem-solving, attention to safety, and adherence to Planet Fitness standards, including documenting issues and coordinating with management as needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 years
- Must be able to lift/pull/push at least 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to interact professionally with members and coworkers
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Demonstrated diplomacy in all interactions
- Satisfactory background check
- Overnight qualification: must be 18+ and able to work alone
