FT Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant (Cedar Park)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests. Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations. Perform in-office procedures including administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy and nasal endoscopy. Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after surgeon-performed sinus procedures. Educate patients on disease management and document all encounters in the EHR within 24 hours. Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care while adhering to standard metrics for testing, treatment, and IOP conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Clinics are closed on evenings and weekends
- Testing: 50% minimum threshold
- Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
- IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold
