FT Nurse Overnight Supervisor

Overnight Nurse Supervisor on FT schedule leading nursing operations on shift for addiction treatment, pain management, and co-occurring conditions. Responsible for managing nursing functions, serving as a clinical resource, educating and mentoring staff to elevate safety and quality of care, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. Key duties include assessing nursing services, communicating patient care information across shifts, planning staff assignments, implementing and evaluating patient care services, providing teaching to nursing staff, collaborating with departments, completing coaching forms for the Director of Nursing, and promoting professional nursing standards. Requires leadership in the workplace, participation in performance improvement activities, knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory guidelines, data design/collection/analysis for performance improvement, effective communication with patients and healthcare teams, and proficiency with computer systems. Minimum 5 years nursing experience with preference for supervisory/management experience and a valid PA nursing license.
