Job Summary
Review prior day's books for accuracy and process hotel records timely. Check out guests to gather feedback on their stay and address any complaints. Assist tired check-in guests with settling in and answer overnight questions. Follow safety and security policies, acting as manager on duty when needed. Handle cash or credit transactions and assist with luggage or van service if required. Work the overnight shift with long hours spent standing, requiring independent work and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- good verbal and written English communication skills
- experience in a hotel or related field
- accounting background
- strong, accurate attention to detail
- ability to handle cash or credit transactions
- front office software proficiency
- valid driver's license
- ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- accounting background is also preferred but not required
