FT Morning Customer Service Rep

Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, sign up new guests, and log amenities while responding to questions and concerns professionally. Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, promote fitness instruction classes, and maintain a clean, sanitized club environment. This role requires frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, balancing, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Full-time hours run Monday through Thursday from 4:45 am to 1 pm. Shift-differential pay applies to select shifts, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
