Job Summary
Supervise salesfloor operations by greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Ensure all employees and volunteers adhere to ministry policies while providing Christ-centered leadership and resolving concerns with courtesy. Train associates on standard procedures, manage staff schedules, and oversee inventory ordering and cash handling. Evaluate merchandise needs, correct safety hazards, and lead daily devotionals to foster spiritual growth within the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years retail experience
- one or more years in a supervisory role
- Basic computer ability
- cash register ability
- accurate cash handling ability
- Ability to see, distinguish color
- Ability to hear
- Ability to speak
- Ability to bend
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand on one's feet for an entire shift
- Ability to reach into the bottom of a Gaylord box
- willingness to share the good news of Jesus Christ
- willingness to give a personal testimony
- willingness to pray with/for those served by the ministry
- willingness to lead daily devotionals
- willingness to read and agree with the Doctrinal Statement and Employment Qualifications
Desired Qualifications
