Conduct meat cutting and portioning in the FT Meat Market while adhering to food safety standards and local sourcing protocols. Assist with inventory management and maintain display quality for fresh seafood and meat products. Support the Local program by ensuring all seafood products are sustainably harvested and traceable to their source.
