Job Summary
Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs within the continuing care retirement community environment. Perform one to two years of maintenance tasks, utilizing five years of HVAC experience and preferred HVAC certification. Maintain communication and comprehension skills while speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English. Apply for full-time employment with National Church Residences, a nonprofit provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- One year to two years maintenance experience
- Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good comprehension skills
- Must have computer skills
- Must have interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certified preferred
