Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, monitor residents for side effects, and document all actions in PCC. Observe and report changes in resident physical, mental, and emotional conditions while assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally, ensuring rights, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained. Complete accurate nursing documentation, maintain treatment records, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Shift: FT, 7am-7pm. Salary: $38.00- $40.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Vocational Nurse in California
- Current CPR
- Two + years of experience in Skilled Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and treatment protocols
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate documentation and charting abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Offer of employment is contingent upon successful fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice, background check, physical exam, TB, drug screen
