FT LPN - Overnight Shift

Job Summary

Conduct direct care for residents on overnight shifts, including making daily rounds, administering medications with 100% accuracy, and responding promptly to all "Call for Aid" requests. Supervise Assisted Living personnel assigned to the shift and assist in developing resident service/care plans. Perform accurate documentation of resident progress notes, condition changes, and shift reports while maintaining confidentiality. Keep the Assisted Living Director and medical teams informed of resident status as requested. Navigate the full campus, assist with bathing and dressing, and independently push wheelchairs or lift residents up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current Oklahoma license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day
  • Ability to assist in bathing and dressing of residents with disabilities
  • Ability to access and navigate full campus
  • Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations
  • Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times
  • Must be able to access and navigate full campus

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
  • Experience in Senior Living
