Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Dementia Care, and Independent Living settings. Administer medications, perform treatments, obtain specimens, and monitor health to identify and document changes. Provide oversight for assigned areas while handling administrative tasks, and respond to medical and emergency situations by triaging and prioritizing needs. Serve as both a Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse to support and guide fellow team members. Work nights from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Basic Life Support and AED Certifications
