Job Summary
Full-time LPN Nurse with management responsibilities in brain-injury assisted living care. Guides caregiver team, administers medications, coordinates with multidisciplinary staff, educates residents and families, maintains meticulous documentation, and participates in emergency and safety procedures while ensuring resident dignity and autonomy. The role combines direct nursing care with leadership duties and care-plan collaboration to optimize residents' quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current AZ licensure
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification (current and valid)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of TB-free status
- Memory Care Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to pass the Centralized Background Check
- Strong clinical assessment and teamwork skills
