Prepare and plate hot and cold dishes with creativity and precision in a fast-paced, à la carte environment while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Work independently to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the shift. The role requires 2+ years of line cook or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
