Job Summary
Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion by understanding potential residents' needs, showcasing pricing and floor plans during tours, and finalizing lease agreements. Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from existing and potential residents promptly, while utilizing creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events. Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems. Schedule includes full-time daytime hours with two Saturdays monthly or as needed. This role supports FRED's expanding footprint across Wisconsin and Illinois, offering growth opportunities within a team known for comprehensive benefits and a people-first culture.
