Job Summary
Assist stores in displaying and organizing live plants within specified Walmart Garden departments. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel while communicating merchandising initiatives and answering customer questions about products. Execute merchandising direction from supervisors with acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Maintain a smart phone with updated operating systems and mobile device management software for clocking in and out. Requires a Motor Vehicle Report approved driving record, high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) approved driving record (for employees 18 and older)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel
- Ability to follow and execute merchandising direction as given to you by your supervisor
- Ability to communicate initiatives to store personnel
- Willingness to work with in-store customers to answer questions regarding the products
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must have a smart phone updated with the latest operating system from IOS and/or Android and agree to have a mobile device management software installed on your device by the IT Department to load applications for the purpose of clocking in/out
