Job Summary
As a FT Key Holder at Tory Burch, you will deliver a transformational client experience, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You’ll build and maintain customer relationships, communicate the Tory Burch philosophy, and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed. You will perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting funds, deposits, and securing the store. You’ll work with a professional team to achieve personal sales goals, demonstrate exceptional selling skills, manage loss prevention, and support store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume environment with strong selling and customer relations skills, and open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
