FT Key Carrier - Open Availability

Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier tasks and taking on leadership duties to maintain store operations. Responsibilities include ensuring coverage for associates, coaching and providing feedback, adhering to policies and labor laws, executing opening/closing procedures, delivering strong customer service, communicating with management, supporting shrink reduction and safety initiatives, and promoting company programs. Must have open availability including nights and weekends and be capable of adapting to store needs with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence.
