Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as a Key Carrier, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles to manage all aspects of the store. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure opening/closing procedures and labor laws are followed. Prioritize tasks, maintain accurate associate coverage, and partner with management on training needs while supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Requires open availability including nights and weekends; starting pay is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour. Located at Marshalls Store 0338 in Raleigh, NC.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
