FT HVAC Technician/Maintenance Tech -University Square Mankato

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment, commercial, and hotel properties in Mankato. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and replace components like filters and motors. Respond to service requests and emergency calls while maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, complete general building maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, drywall work, and seasonal duties such as snow removal. Maintain a clean shop and work areas. Requires EPA Section 608 certification and minimum three years of HVAC experience.
