FT Host - The George Restaurant

Full-time Host position at George Restaurant in Seattle, WA (Fairmont Olympic Hotel). Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing the reservation system, seating guests promptly, communicating wait times and menu information, keeping the host station organized, coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen, monitoring dining room flow, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and assisting with private dining events. Must maintain knowledge of all menu items and adhere to health and safety regulations. Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA, Food Handlers Card and MAST permit.
