Job Summary
Perform personal care tasks including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing assistance, and toileting while documenting client status and symptoms for the RN Case Manager. Process laundry, maintain living areas, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with feeding, ambulation, and transfers as ordered. Take vital signs, perform range of motion exercises, and ensure client safety using equipment properly. Requires high school diploma, 12 months of facility or home health experience, and STNA preference. Full-time Monday-Friday 8-hour schedule with possible weekends and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 12 months as an aide in a facility or home health/hospice agency or acute care setting
Desired Qualifications
- STNA strongly preferred
- Home Health Aide Certification training
- Hospice experience preferred
