Job Summary
Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care, administering medications, wound care, infusions, and catheter care as required. Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management. Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. This Full-Time Field RN role at AccordCare Home Health in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, FL, requires a current Florida RN license with Medicare Home Health experience, wound care, and infusion skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License – State of Florida
- Experience in Medicare Home Health
- Wound care and infusion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with electronic health records for documentation and communication
- This role requires a screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of Home Health experience preferred
- WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus
