Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required.
