Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music through inclusive environments and exceptional customer service.
