Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Execute tasks as assigned to capitalize on opportunities and resolve issues proactively.
