Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Execute warranty repairs and maintain store-owned gear as requested, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship throughout all tasks. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Complete additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities and resolve issues proactively.
