Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and customer focus.
