Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and excellent customer service. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership by following through on work activities without being requested. Gain product and sales understanding through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques.
