FT Groundskeeper (59365)

Perform seasonal grounds work including debris cleanup, flower bed planting, weeding, lawn upkeep, and cleaning/stocking dog stations. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers, and community rooms. Conduct light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, light painting, and assisting in preparing apartments for new residents. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays as needed, including mandatory hours for snow events during winter months. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are preferred.
