Job Summary
Frontend Manager at Michaels in Aurora, CO responsible for leading and delivering front-end operations and customer-centric service. Oversees omnichannel processes, SOP adherence, KPI achievement, team coaching and development, and performance management. Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), supports cash handling, banking and inventory activities (including RTV/ASN), and participates in shrink and safety programs. Cross-trains in framing in select stores and may lead customer experience initiatives, events, and store-level policies while ensuring a positive and compliant shopping environment.
