Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions and drive framing sales. Assist customers in creating framing solutions, develop and coach selling behaviors, manage SOP adherence and company programs, plan workload with the Store Manager, and achieve KPIs. Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty; participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members; collaborate with MODs and support omni-channel processes. The role involves heavy lifting, physical activity, and ensuring customer-focused service in a retail framing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
- Experience in performing interviews and onboarding new team members
- Knowledge of inventory management and safety programs
