Job Summary
Facilities & Grounds Engineer responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and guests. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with fire/health codes, assisting with events, coordinating with contractors, managing work orders in Limble, basic landscape and snow removal support, front-desk coverage when needed, recordskeeping of service and repairs, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding the organization’s social-justice values.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in performing light maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions and equipment
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize activities
- Skilled communicator and motivator
