Job Summary
Greet donors at mobile locations with a positive attitude, receive and organize donated items in the trailer, and issue accurate receipts while sharing information about the mission and Corners of Your Field program. Maintain cleanliness and order at the site, record donation activity, and represent KARM Stores professionally in every interaction. Shifts run Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a requirement to be 18 years old. This role supports Knox Area Rescue Ministries by funding life-changing community programs.

- Receive donated items carefully and respectfully
- Organize and place donations in the appropriate areas of the trailer while preserving the quality and integrity of items received
- Create a friendly and conversational donor experience while sharing information about KARM Stores, KARM's mission, and the Corners of Your Field program
- Represent KARM Stores well in every donor interaction
- Issue donation receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization at the trailer location
- Record and manage donation activity as required
- Live out KARM Stores' mission and core values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to represent KARM Stores in a warm, professional, and mission-centered way
- Ability to write clearly and legibly

- Ability to work in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure
- Working conditions may not include air conditioning, heat is provided on trailers during the winter
