Job Summary
Provide compassionate caregiving to adults with disabilities in group homes and assisted living facilities, including assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation; observe and document health status and communicate changes to healthcare professionals; maintain a clean, safe environment and collaborate with teammates to enhance quality of care. Role supports individuals with brain injuries and related disabilities, based in South Minneapolis on an AM shift (6a-2pm); requires experience in caring for adults with disabilities, strong communication, and a caring demeanor; eligible to adapt to different sites as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving to a variety of disabled adults
- Medical training
- An outstanding attendance record
- Flexible and able to work at different sites as scheduled
