Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness/National Fitness Partners: Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, respond to questions, process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), and maintain a clean, sanitized club environment. Role requires high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, frequent physical activity including climbing/bending, and strong computer skills. Starting pay is $12/hour with scheduled raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter; includes shift-differential pay on select shifts, PTO, 401K with employer match up to 4%, health/dental/vision/other insurance options, life insurance and short-term disability, and employee discounts. Must be 18+ and able to work in a fitness-club environment with customer-focus responsibilities.
