Job Summary
FT Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) in Canton, OH. Responsible for delivering a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, including answering phones using information scripts, greeting and signing up new members, tours/logging amenities, addressing member questions professionally, processing beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, and promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF).
