Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using information scripts, greet and tour new members, log amenities, and respond to questions and concerns professionally. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role involves frequent lifting up to 75 lbs and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Full-time employment with competitive hourly pay increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
