Job Summary
Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, sign them up, tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment while adhering to physical demands including lifting up to 75 lbs and handling cleaning chemicals. This role offers competitive hourly pay with scheduled increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, plus shift-differential pay, PTO, and a free Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
