Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and handling cleaning chemicals. At National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, you will help transform lives across 200+ clubs nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
