Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using scripts, greet and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Full-time positions offer hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, along with shift-differential pay, PTO, 401K matching, and a complimentary Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
