Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests; answer phones using information script; greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities; respond to questions professionally; process beverage or merchandise purchases through POS; promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members; maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
Required Qualifications
