Job Summary
FT Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) providing a superior member experience: answer phones with a script, greet and sign up new members, tour new members, log amenities, address member questions promptly, process beverage/merchandise purchases at the POS, promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), and maintain a clean, safe club environment. Requires customer service experience and a high school diploma/GED equivalent; position offers shift-differential pay, PTO, health and retirement benefits, and entry-level advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
