FT Customer Service Representative

Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage and merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and encountering cleaning chemicals. Full-time employment with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, plus shift-differential pay for select shifts.
