Job Summary
Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, and process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while promoting fitness instruction classes to active and new members. Sign up and tour new members, then log amenities. Ensure the club environment remains clean, sanitized, and safe by handling frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 75 lbs. Work Monday through Thursday shifts from 10pm to 6am or 11pm to 7am, with hourly increases after 180 days, one year, and every six months.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
