FT Customer Service Rep

Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, sign them up, tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment while providing superior service to existing and prospective members. This full-time role offers a starting rate of $12 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months. Shift-differential pay applies to select shifts, and the position includes PTO, a 401K match up to 4%, and a free employee Black Card membership.
