Job Summary
Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, sign them up, and tour new arrivals while logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This full-time role at National Fitness Partners offers starting pay of $12/hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, plus shift-differential pay. Benefits include PTO, a 401K match up to 4%, health and dental insurance, and a free Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
